Calorie Burning Activities

The final aspect of fat loss is doing calorie-burning activities.  A lot of people will say that means you need to start jogging, bike riding, or doing aerobics.  If you enjoy these activities, then by all means, do them.  These are very vigorous activities and will burn a lot of fat in a short time.  The more active you are, the faster the fat will melt away.

But a lot of people hate jogging, bike riding, or doing aerobics...and many people struggling to lose fat start doing these activities despite their lack of enjoyment.  It becomes more of a grind than anything, and sooner or later they start coming up with reasons why they "can't workout tonight."

That's why you have to pick activities you like!

 You need to choose activities that you enjoy - because you are guaranteed to do the activities you enjoy and you'll never have to worry about getting tired of being active.  Any activity that gets you up from your desk or couch, gets you on your feet, and gets you moving is good.

Gardening, cleaning your house (I like to clean), walking, moving furniture...any activity like that.  If you find yourself getting warm or sweating, then you are doing it right, and you are burning calories and fat!

For ideal fat loss you are going to need to be active for at LEAST 30 minutes in a row, and at least 3 times a week.  This is actually the very bare minimum.  You will notice much better results if you can remain active for at least 1 straight hour at a time, preferably 4 to 5 times a week.
